Eyes becoming watery. Are not paining.

He most probably has allergic conjunctivitis. Do not start any treatment by yourself and make sure u get him evaluated by an ophthalmologist. Treatment will include cold compresses, identification and avoidance of the allergen and eye drops which may have to be used for a month or two. The problem may not have a permanent cure and usually recurs.

Use mild steroid like flurisone in pulse dose in severe allergy this will help you I am very sorry dear to say that there is no medicine that can cure allergy. Only way is to stay away from all those things that you are allergic to. This is a provisional diagnosis. consult your ophthalmologist for detailed examination

It may be due to rubbing of eye with fingers leading to secondary infection ,put some antibiotic eye drops 4-5 times  for 3days (vigamox eye drops)  if does not respond consult some local Opthalmologist .

This could be early conjunctivitis, see eye doctor immediately
