I have amblyopia and coloboma in my right eye since childhood
In april 2026 i noticed floaters for first time
Till then floaters are almost similar in shape
While moving eyes sideways i notice flashes in right eyes in dark
Due to anxiety i keep on testing for flashes since one week
By moving my eyes sideways rapidly sometimes in dark environments
Does it affect my retina ?

According to your history, you should visit a retina specialist early for a thorough retinal examination and you may require laser if there's an active lesion present.
If you are experiencing flases recently then there is chances of retinal tear, if there is chorioretinal coloboma too then it will need laser to seal it, please consult ophthalmologist/retina specialist for further management.
