I visited an ophthalmologist a day back for a regular check up and found out that i have dull retinopathy changes, measured my BP it was normal: 107/81, sugar level is also normal...what other causes are there for this condition and how many years it takes for complete blindness ?

Hi, I am a 31 year old male. I had my Contoura Vision Lasik surgery 1 month ago. Even after 1 month, I am putting tear drops 5-6 times a day. Still I can see light scatters and a ring gets formed (perhaps we call them halos) when I see towards a light. Also, facing issues while driving the car at night. My operating doctor told me that these are permanent as they dilute pupils during the procedure and these light scattering issues will not subside. Please suggest how much time this eye dryness persists and are these vision issues permanent? I see very clearly in the day time though. Regards.

I recently got my tests done for lasik eye surgery and was told that i have gaps in my cornea (the inner most layer in eye) through a test called specular microscopy. I was told that they are in starting stage and i can ignore them. I was also told that it was safe to get PRK at this point but i want to know if its really safe to get the surgery done. Whenever I see lights, I see light scattering( perhaps they are called halos). Light scattering is seen everywhere. The street lights scatter, car headlights while driving at night. Even I see light scattered rings at the temperature display at the AC LED display. My operating doctor says that the pupils get dilated during surgery and these side effects are permanent. Please suggest if these visual disturbances are permanent or will I be able to drive comfortably at night again? Also, when will eye dryness subside? Is it also permanent? Regards.

From past 4 days having redness in both eyes with itchiness can anyone please suggest some remedies there no pain only redness & itchiness & while waking up on morning eyes are watery with itchiness.please suggest
