A drop of harpic entered my eye while cleaning today. There is mild redness and discomfort in the eye. Any suggestions please

History:  I have had -5 eye power in both eyes and had LASIK 20 months ago and my current vision is good. In my childhood (11 - 14) years I first noticed few floaters in front of my eye, but didn't think too much about them thinking it was normal so rarely noticed them. Recently I have read about floaters and how they can be symptoms of retinal problems and now I am consciously trying to notice them. I have 3 or 4 floaters in both eyes which I can see in front of a light colour wall or sky when I am thinking about them. I had my recent full eye examination 1.5 months back and in my reports dilated fundus is written as within normal limits. When do these floaters become an indication of retinal problems? Any signs to look out for. Thanks in Advance.
