Eye power increasing stress
Hi Dr , I have high myopia of power -17D and -10.5 D As you all suggested me to reduce screen time so if I want to switch to IT related career I need to spend 9-10hrs infront of computer so how can I reduce my screen time

Its ok to spend 8 to 10hrs on laptop. Just take few precautions Blink frequently. Use blue filter mode on laptop Take frequent breaks Follow 20.20.20 rule that is after every 20 min of work on laptop take a 20 sec break And focus on any object that is  20 feet away
