Yes, you can use daily wear contact lenses which usually you can wear daily for a year.
These are cheaper but require proper cleaning daily even if you don't use them on some days.
If you follow proper instructions for their use, they are cost effective.

It is ideal to use contact lenses with a high dk/t value with good contact lens solution
Yearly lenses with good oxygen permeability can be used.
But my personal choice is monthly disposable.
