Feeling itching in eyes, redness and sometime tear came when I worked on system, doctor suggest vasoret

I have a bump in my eye lid which is not painful but been from past 3 months and it's not reducing neither increasing

The patient has blurred vision from the past 5 days in the right eye .We consulted the doctors and they diagnosed the problem as swollen nerve in the retina of the eye. The patient had undergone cataract surgery for that eye 7 yrs ago. B. P, sugar level and KFT profile was tested and report was normal. Does this problem have a proper treatment?

Good Afternoon Doctor, Today I went to a eye care clinic to get a computer eye glass so that I can keep my eyes safe from heavy usage of laptop and it's UV radiation from screen. But, when the person checked my eye, he told me I have 0.25 number. I don't understood anything, I want clarification, like what disease I am suffering, if there is any. How I can get back 6/6 eye vision? Tips to keep eyes healthy. I use laptop whole day, because it's my work. Please help me doctor, guide me.
