My son five years blinking eyes rapidly. Checkd doctor.gvn refresh liquid gel 3 times a day. Wat to do..so worried.

I have itching at the tip of my eyelashes of my eyes.. I visited the doctor 2 months ago, he suggested me to use winolap and lotepred. it helps me for approx 4 hours or so but later i cant resist but to itch my eyes. i have no much contact with electronic gadgets or so but i do have a pet for 1 and a half year now, itching started 3 months ago.

Hi doctor, I have undergone the PRK surgery in October 2016, and my vision is 20/20. I want to know wether if i go to a eye doctor for exam and tell him that my eyes and vision is perfect, without any surgery. Will he be still able to find out if I have had a PRK done in the past?
