Not clear vision My right eye Cataract is going higher Can you pls suggest what is the best treatment for it

My wife need to undergo chalazion surgery. Her lower eyelid is suffering from chalazion from last 4 months. The oil gland is in the size of capsule. She researched on the same and found out that the chances of recurrence of chalazion is still there even after the incision. What are the chances of recurrence? And how safe is the procedure? Is there anything to worry?? The procedure has scared her to a great extent and she has a discomfort in doing the same. What will happen if she doesn't go for this?

I m having redness in my right eye around the iris from 4,5 days ,sometimes pain occurs,water occur n when I wear lens ,for first few hours it's good but afternoon sometime it feels like there is something like small stone in my eye and I have noticed my right eye sight becoming blurry, and I have taken contact lens 20 days back n that is colored

I have a leakage behind the eye due to tge same I've vision problem as its blurry. Consulted with doctors, got done OCT and FFA done and the leakege found near tge focus point. Suggested Navanac eye drop and Macugold tab and wait for 3 months. Please suggest. Thanks

What are some of the exercises for exotropia ? Please tell name of those exercises. I have a very mild exotropia so I want to do exercises rather than to go for surgery as squint surgeries aren't 100% successful.
