I am facing serious issues with concentrating on my work and most of the time I have a sensation of spinning head. my eyes hurt on seeing the screen in dim light. added to this i also have dry eyes

If I undergo LASIK surgery then what are the side-effects and after 3 to 4 year of the laser correction can I have to use again the glasses. Or it's a life time correction

From last 5 years ..i have black dark circle...plz tell me of solution it how.. ,some time i feel very bad.
