While working on a computer take frequent breaks in between and look at distant objects. Keep ur screem at a level below ur eye level. Avoid direct blow of AC or fan on ur eyes. Use refresh liquegel eye drops 3 times a day.

This may be due to computer vision syndrome. Start blinking more often. There is formula 20:20:20 I.e after every 20 minutes look far at distance at 20 feet and blink 20 times in 20 seconds
Use anti glare glasses, If required can have lubricant drops after consulting
Refraction after putting the drops to know eye disease is mandatory.
Neck muscles at times get weak so neck exercises after consulting the doctor will help.
