I actually had undergone LASIK when I was 18 year old. It was done for both eyes.After LASIK I was told I had +0.5 no in my right eye. And left was completely fine, After 4-5 years.Coz of late night studies..I found that I have a migraine issue, I had again gone for a check up..It's still same, But should I wear specs now? specially while studying

I am 54 yrs bankar and not having any disease or any medication or any problem . But just a health check up was done at Lifeberies clinic at Vimannagar and every thing was ok but left eye developed cataract. But I am fine without lens at work place or home or driving. So I want to go for cataract operation. So how much will be total cost to me .

I consulted an eye doctor for checkup where I was told that my optic nerve of right eye is damaged at around 85% due to high pressure since the my right eye is weak and my left eye is fine . My question is a) does that effect my left eye? b) what are my options to prevent further damage ?
