Head spinning and unable to concentrate
I am facing serious issues with concentrating on my work and most of the time I have a sensation of spinning head. my eyes hurt on seeing the screen in dim light. added to this i also have dry eyes

Hi by the symptoms u mentioned it seems you have evaporative dry eye. Such symptoms form a spectrum known as computer vision syndrome and even i am presuming ur job profile ar activity involves intense computer work or concentration. Basically you need to take a break after every 20 min of continous work. And need some medications temporarily to break this dry eye cycle
