My left eye has redness and it has small pimple in my eye what is the problem is it due to excess of heat

My left eye is red from past 2days so plzzz tell me wt to do Is thr any problems I'm going to gym and i workout 2hrs and i take 120grams of protien powder and bcaa5grams each day and eat chiken 500gram and 8eggs i got littl pimples due to heat is this cause any eye problem

I got a dry eye problem as it's feeling something before my vision like a pardah...i got a huge tension headache after caffeine withdrawal..so doctor gave a only MIGRABETA PLUS Medicine for a month..but I was on full lower temperature when i went to the doctor...i got dry eyes problem since then..i didn't do anything..how to get rid from it?

I have checked my eyes to a doctor. He told me wear glasses. The power in the left glass is -6.25 and in the right -2.5 . As it is myopia. So i want to know that can my eyes be cured or not.if no then what should i do and if yes how can it be cured. He only told me to wear glasses and gave drop for only 15 days Is yoga ir any food helpful.suggest
