I work in front of computer for almost 10 hours/day. Recently I've been facing problems in my eyes like tired eyes, dark circles, red eye and past few days my eye lid is swollen too.
Is my lifestyle the reason for these problems? What should I do to alleviate these problems? Should I wear anti-glare glasses (my power is perfectly fine)?
