Can I gaze steadily on an object to moisten my eyes with my own tears and also keep hydrated to treat dry eyes?

I have kertoconous with 3 no of cylinder power both eyes. With bcva 6/12 and 6/6 I can't see properly what I can do

Hello Drs. Concerned about 1.  From July 14th, 2023. My both eye sockets pained 15 mins and went Dimness in vision both eyes for 10 days, like seeing through dark room 24x7 day to night.  Went away but I feel sometimes somedays my vision is going dim some 25%..not as much as before. But concerned. No glasses history. 2. Since that day permanently long distance blur, both eyed some buildings i saw clearly once are now smooth now to look at. Texture missing  mildly.                       3. Ocassionaly vision overlaps Hard to focus anything. NOT BLUR its like uneven uneasy to focus any object. NO DOUBLE VISION   ( 4) Floaters in both eyes from that day developed. Not bothering my vision much (5) Retina test done,  vision field test done all clear. (6) One day middle of my eyebrows pained.  (7). attached eye power (8) Used eye drops ( artificial tears for a month) QSN - pls help why I had dimness in vision like world was dark for few days. Want to move on in life. Scared it returns.

I have stye on right eye, reoccurred twice in last one month on same eye.. The second occurrence is going on healing Today but looks like another new one is developing on opposite side of that eye and having irritating since couple of hours. I have just used warm cloth as home remedies. Kindly suggest medication so that it won't reoccur.

My inner eyelid is swollen and it's painful. Even if i blink, it hurts. No redness in the eye.. Nothing.. But swelling and pain is there. Can someone please help? I've attached the photos.

In my state odisha there is no contura vision available only lasik surgery available should I go for it .. any bad side effect of it

Hii Doctor My Name is Sonali m from Bangalore...I m suffering glaucoma in my left eye.there is 50% vission loss due to glaucoma..My right eyes is perfect..but my left eye has been Squint going left corner...CAN it be fiX by surgery..My friends bullies me..pls guide me Doctors

I was diagnosed with early maculopathy, and the dr told me to look for wavy vision but the problem is yesterday i saw an amsler grid it definitely looks wavy, my keyboard looks wavy at a certain spot but just for 2 or some hours. Now i don't see them wavy. What is this ? I don't understand ?

Having high power of -5(short sight) in both eyes with cylindrical power of -0.5 in right eye. Can u suggest a good diet ? To decrease the power naturally or to make this stable. Carrot and omega-3  daily??? Which omega-3 capsule is good? Please suggest. Thanks.

Can It be correct by surgery...BcZ I don't wanna look ugly cz of my Squint eye
