Does cylindrical power increase with age? My 10 year-old son is having 4 in the right eye and 2 in the left eye. What is the maximum limit in cylindrical power? What will be the consequences in the near future for my child?

Does cylindrical power changes with age. My daughter is 12 year having high cylindrical power in both eyes. When is first diagnosed with high cylindrical power, Doctor has done topography two years back which came normally. However, subsequently her cylindrical power is increased by 0.75 in both eyes.

I am 27yrs ,this oct i will be completing 1 yr with uveitis ,i have taken  injections pst in right eye, April and july and now i am on wysolone since i had recently developed swelling again in oct, and i am on eye pressure drops,nepalact z drop,lotapred still my vision is slight blured , Is uveitis curable is there any latest technology that can cure it,i have done all tests and all have turned out to be negative,so there is no reason found for uveitis ,my first injection was was given on tge eye ball and next outside from the skin near eye and its more than 2 months below my right eye has swelling which can be seen Please help,i have attached my latest oct

Is it ok to opted clear lense extraction for spect removal for high power at the age of 28 ?........
