Optic atrophy damaged

Age (19year)
I have blurred vision in my left eye from a long time recently i went to the doctor and after doing every test the doctor told me that your optic atrophy is completely damaged and cant be cured you have to adjust yourself with it cuz once damaged cant be cured please tell me is there any method through which optic atrophy be cured

optic atrophy cant be cured . but knowing the cause for optic atrophy is very important to preserve the vision and prevent further damage.please consult retina specialist and get your complete dilated retina examination

Sorry, there is no treatment for optic atrophy.
Also it is important to know the cause of optic atrophy.
Your right eye needs to be checked properly.

It cant be cured, early diagnosis and treatment of the underlying causes of optic atrophy could have prevented further damage from the disease.
