I have around -7 spherical and -1 cylindrical power. My insurance provider says Lasik surgery is covered if refractive power is greater than -7.5. Does refractive power mean spherical + cylindrical. In that case my Lasik surgery will be covered in insurance or not?

Hi doctor,
I am facing dry eyes i went to doctor and they given ceque topical solution vile.
And my eye pressure in my left eye is 23 and right eye is 18..last week my pressure my 20 in both eyes.
Does dry increase eye pressure? Does my eye pressure 23 is high?
