Skies under eye layer (small pimples)

I m getting skies (small pimples) under my eye layer since last few months regularly it sometimes disappear after using hot,cold water but come back regularly i drink more tea and coffee 3 to 4 times a day eat eggs 2 to 3 daily ,4 times a week also non veg what's the issue is there eye drop or medicine pics were attached
