Eyebrow twitching
Good evening,
My left eyebrow are twitching from 3 days.
It is very annoying sometimes.
Kindly give the reason of this and solution for the same.

If you have more screen time • Follow 20 20 20 rule for dryness of eyes,strain ,fatigue and headache.
• after every 20 minutes while working on screen look at 20 feet distance for 20 seconds blink more.
Take adequate rest
Limit caffine intake
Alcohol should also be in limited amount.
Reduce stress do meditation
