My left eye lower lid is twitching from last few days , pls tell me how it can be cured . It is twitching on and off from last 1week.

Get enough sleep. Hydrate yourself well. And also take a break from screen time. It is a type of muscle twitch which can happen in any other part of your body (for example twitching in arm/leg muscles post workout) nothing to worry about. I am presuming you are otherwise healthy with no medical or neurological history.

Hello mam, Lid twitching is generally temporary Mostly due to eye strain , stress, dryness, allergy etc Try to reduce screen time and use a lubricating eye drop like Refresh tears 3 times a day If it is persisting, consult a local eye doctor

Twitching of eye lid call blepharospasm , it can happen because imbalance of sodium and potassium,drink more water hydrate yourself. Or if your computer user may be happen bacause of dry eye need lubricant eye drop like Treahalube two time a day.
