Right eye below eye lid nerve twitching
My right eye below eyelid nerve is twitching (feeling like jumping and it is visible from outside also) continuously from last few days. Please advice what should I do?

Hello This is suggestive of myokymia Mist common cause is stress. Other reasons include nutritional deficiencies,lack of sleep, caffeine intake etc It usually resolves without treatment Having said that it is provisional diagnosis. Kindly consult local ophthalmologist

May be due to stress and strain./ calcium deficiency. Pl reduce screen time, take calcium,and avoid stress and strain. Pl have vision test and consult.
