Hi I am 46 year old male. Since few years I have diagnosed with macular degeneration of right eye, along with that the nerves surrounding the retina are also degenerated. Kindly advice me what precautions should I take and how soon I may loose my complete eye sight? can i drive a car with this condition?

Does it involves any surgery.? And for what it is done for? I have recently switched to progessive lens and i have constant headache for the past 10 days. So Is it safe to do barrage laser now?
