I suddenly recognized my eyes is kind of yellowish i dont know what is this exactly can someone please help and tell me if its normal or jaundice Thanks

Irritation such that person is rubbing his eyes atleast twice a day. Also there is redness in his eyes. Please suggest remidies n medication.
