I have glasses for distance vision. Once in how many days i have to check my sight and change my glasses...? Once in how many days change my glasses...? Days...? Months...? Years...? i heard anyone after 20 years age can check once in a year. Then for below 20 years age...?

Iam wearing glasses for distance vision. my sight number is... 4 points for left eye and 3.75 points for right eye My glasses are very close to eyes and its toching my eyelids. With this iam not looking good when i remove glasses. And my eyes also went inwards. What i have to do...? Can i set my frames as distance from my eyes...?
