I hv consulted doctor. Eye sight is Right +3.5 & Left +7. Is there any tratment without spects? Please help

My cousin has come to stay with us in Mumbai. She is 28 years old female and lives in Delhi. She works on computers daily for almost 8 to 10 hours. And she is suffering from corneal ulcer. What is the treatment for corneal ulcer? Just putting drops will help or there are some internal medicines to be taken also?
