Acne on the eye lash of left eye... Feels so uncomfortable and continuous water is coming out of it... Please help me out!!!

Hi, I had just bought a new phone few days back and since using it for few days I have experienced eye pain and headache. After researching I found out that it is because of 'PWM flickering' due to OLED displays and there are people who are sensitive to it. After taking a break for few days it went away but again after using it, the pain came back. So right now what should I do? I guess my left eye is a bit sore. I'm a student and I have no issues in reading or writing.

Its been 1 month since I'm using progressive glasses. I am always having mild headache and sometimes eye irritations. My consulted doctor said that it will take almost 1 month for the eye to adapt.But now its more han a month and i am still having discomfort. This is the first time I'm using progressive glasses.
