-18 D no. Both eyes
I have -18 D no. Lasik can't be done so, what are the other options? And let me know if it is compulsory to do any such operation? Can't I wear glasses for my whole life?

Please get your fundus examination done at a regular interval ie annually or biannual. The options before you are 1..glasses. 2..contact lens . 3..clear lens extaction and iol. 4 ..phakik iol (indian) 5..  I C L All above options ate quite safe.

You can just wear glasses/ contacts for your entire life. There is absolutely no harm in it. Other options are ICL or clear lens extraction. Both of these are surgeries . You can get it done to get rid of glasses only if. You want
