Pain in eyes
My eyes always start paining whenever I'm busy with my mobile or laptop... Headache starts too...But can't do much because doing work on laptop is important for me... What should I do?

Hello Do get evaluated by an ophthalmologist. Near point of convergence,tear film evaluation,latent squint, Dilated refraction needs to be done.

reduce screen time as musch as u can. maintain proper posture while working on laptop. relax your eyes after every 20 mins of comp work by looking at something 20 feet away for 20 sec then get back to your laptop.

Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome. Please put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids

Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every 20.minutes .keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20.inches.wash your eyes frequently with fresh water and don't sit facing the ac or blowers and consume lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.
