Eye pain ,Headache after seeing laptop
Hi dr...am 28 years old women...having both spherical and cylinderical power...checking buying glasses and not using it...now for the past 20 days ..having severe eye pain and headache...even after seeing mobile for 2 mins...before I used to watch movies a lot with lond duration...now I can't see mobile for 2 mins...is this normal??? Will this cure If I wear my glasses constantly...am worried because I'm going to IT work next month...resuming my job after 5 years...please guide me dr...am having dry eyes also...using lubrication drops also...

Use spectacle regularly If screen time is high Follow 20 20 20 rule while working on computer look at 20 feet distance after every 20 minutes for 20 seconds and blink more adjust your posture use bluecut spectacles while working on screen. take adequate rest.
