To reduce eye pain and headaches from phone use: avoid dark rooms, lower brightness, follow the 20-20-20 rule, blink often, use eye drops if needed, keep the phone at arm’s length, and take regular breaks.

While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Minimize screen time. Maintain right posture while using computer. Always work with screen in a well lot room. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often.
