I have power 0.2 on my right eyes and I am wearing glasses . Is it will reduce my power or increase my power

Wearing glasses will neither decrease or increase your power. It will maintain your vision and prevent you from developing any symptoms like headaches, browaches, heaviness in eyes.
Next Steps
Please consult an ophthalmologist as such small numbers might not be necessary as these are prescribed only if the patient is having some symptoms.
