Eyes irritation and redness
Since last 3 days my eyes have turn red and irratation is also there If I put some cold water some relief is there Bt when I work on laptop or see Mobile water comes out of eyes After bath the irritation is much higher pls advice wht wld the cause

Since you seem to be a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome. Please put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids
Next Steps
Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every 20 minutes and keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20 inches and wash your eyes frequently with fresh water and don't sit facing the ac or blowers and consume lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.
