Today i woke up with extremely puffed eyes and painful too. No stress no crying nothing happened. Urgent remedy pls

I'm staying in Delhi and in this highly polluted city I have following problems in my eyes 1. The eyes are reddish since last week 2. Water comes out of it 3. And there is a pain And i m using an eye which is not working well

Sir my final question... My eye sight decreased this year. (Left eye:- Previously 4.25/ now 3.75) (Right eye:- Previously 3.50/ now 3.25) So... Optician changed my glasses. i changed my glasses with reduced number. And iam wearing new glasses now daily. But there are no difference between my present and past glasses. Looking same then and now. is it ok ? Or it may lead to any problem in future? Tell me... detailedly sir..

I am 24 years old. I am undergone squint surgery few months before.After chekup doctor said that it only just 5% squit rem ains and prescribed prism glass of 5degree. Is any chance to become squint eye again? What is precautions i have to care? Am i eligible for technical jobs?
