Eye twitching is mostly cause by stress (physical/ psychological), anxiety,fatigue, lack of sleep, excessive coffee intake, alcoholism, smoking etc. It can also be due to irritant in and around eyes like eyelash infection, dryness, eye infection. Use genteal eyedrops 4 times a day.
