Since last few days a dark black spot is coming in front of left eye it stays for a while then disappers eventually what is the problem?

I am having cylindrical power -1 and .5 both 180 degree ,from last 1 and half year I feel heaviness in my head and strain on eyes,however I can see sharp,clear whenever I wear my specs and during that period I took 4 times eye checkup from different doctors and changed my specs too 4-5 times according to their recommendation, please tell me where is problem

Is there proper cure for this problem as doctors are saying that this problem cant be cured. Please advise
