I have glasses for distance vision. Once in how many days have to check my sight and change my glasses...? Once in how many days change my glasses...? Days...? Months...? Years...?

Iam wearing glasses for distance vision. my sight number is... 4 points for left eye and 3.75 points for right eye My glasses are very close to eyes and its toching my eyelids. With this iam not looking good when i remove glasses. And my eyes also went inwards. What i have to do...? Can i set my frames as distance from my eyes...? If iam keeping glasses like this very far to my eyes, are my eye sight will increase...?

Hello, I am a IT professional, working for about 9 hours a day in pc also i use phone most of the time. Is there any eye supplement which protects my eyesight and overall eye health? I heard about setu's eyemax tablets which is a good supplement for eye's. Does it  really works??

I am facing little pain on my right forehead specially over the eyebrow from Past 2-3 days. I never wore specs and my eyes were always fine. Is it that my right eye got some power. Should I get my eye test done?
