Hello, I believe there are lot many factors responsible for your symptoms. Ankylosing spondylitis - can give rise to red eye and pain eyes which you need to look out for in near future and report asap to an ophthalmologist. Fibromyalgia is giving u pain in eyes and dryness apart from excessive computer work.
Next Steps
visit an ophthalmologist for dilated refraction/ tear function test/convergence and extraocular muscle motility. Get optic nerves examined as well. after consulting with your doc u can start with high mol weight lubricants like hyla / hymoist/ eubri eye drops 4-6times a day. add lubricant gel like lacryl pf/genteal at bed time. add cyclomune eyedrops 0.05% 2 times a day for 3 month.(auto immune factors are responsible for chronic dryness)
Health Tips
follow 20/20/20rule. get your vit d and thyroid profile in check. add flax seeds to your diet. consult a physician for fibromyalgia and pain management ,a rheumatologist for assessing AS
