I feel dryness and heaviness in my eyes evrytime i exercise , even simple cardio cause this problem ?
I consult with eye specialist before and he told me that i have dry eyes syndrome, is this a cause for this ?
Is it a serious issue ?

Hello
Dry eyes is a very common condition these days.
A. Cold compresses
B. Restrict use of mobile and laptop
C. Use lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently
