Take frequent breaks ,5 mins after every 40 mins. Keep phone , laptop, tab below eye level. Go for Tear plus/ Eyemist ED 4 times a day.

Pl use any Lubricant eye drops. Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3 times a day. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Himalaya medicines contain herbs which allopathic Dr cannot prescribe. You can use Soha eye drops. You may need something else. For that better consult an ophthalmologist online or in clinic.

While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. You can use soha eye drop 3times a day for amonth To consult sos/local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist or worsen.
