Sinusitis can definitely cause eye pain as the sinuses are situated around your eyes. Treatment of sinusitis should be enough. But an eye doctor should rule out associated dry eye or refractive error.

The following steps may help: - Do steam inhalation(plain steam) regularly - Drink water at an average of 3 liters per day - Avoid caffeinated and alcoholic beverages as they cause dehydration and will worsen your condition. - Have spicy food once in a while which will help clear your sinuses - Use a humidifier in your room which is seen to be beneficial in sinusitis - Wiping the face regularly with a towel moist with hot water has also shown to help.
