Eye strain and dry eyes symptoms
During office hours excess looking at computer, both eyes got strained and irritated and feeling like something inside my eyes , having nextane eye drop and feels some what better, should I use nextane or should I go with systane ultra ??? Which have quick relief from eye strain and dry eyes and does systane ultra have side effects or allergic reactions??? Pl suggest

Follow 20 20 20 rule while working on computer
look at 20 feet distance after every 20 minutes for 20 seconds and blink more
adjust your posture
use bluecut spectacles while working on screen.
take adequate rest.
