Hello My wife's TSH from recent medical check up is 13.8 Doctor asked her to take Thyronorm 50mcg I want to know if there are any short term and long term side effects after she starts taking this medicine. And, if there are any ways to control TSH naturally

My age 28. I diagnosed diabetes T2 in July 2017, with hba1c is 9(oxygen rate method). From last 3 months i stopped my medicines, and I change my food habits. From my childhood i take my food only 2 times daily and a cup of tea in the morning till at the age of 25. But after 25 i take more food even i don't have hungry. But from last 3 months i change my food habits to those childhood days. Now I avoid sugar, and oil food. I eat roti, and rice when I feel hunger only.Now my hba1c is 4.8(hplc method). Is it good sign to me?? Can i continue in the same way with out taking medicines to control my diabetes??? Pls pls suggest me!! Thank you!

My liver function test will be normal only bilirubin cam 3.0 some time its count variates 2.0 to 3.0

I have severe health anxiety. my annual health reports were normal. for last two years (random blood sugar: 106, hba1c levels 5.6). but if i check in my glucose meter during anxiety time it is showing spikes (140-150) some times. is it normal. thyroid levels normal. 2d echo and ecg are normal except it showed techycardia due to anxiety (heart beat over 100). recently checked my vitamin levels. b12 is showing 63(very low), d vitamin is showing 11. taking insulins for b12 from 4 weeks and medicine for d vitamin. how to confirm my hikes in blood sugar levels and high heart beat are anxiety related?

My mom is an diabetes, heart and thyroid patient and recently diagnosed with tuberculosis her diabetes level is high it's 213 after 2hour of eating. My mom tuberculosis medicine has been stopped on 31st may. So my question is that will high diabetes level can increase the esr or the infection?

My Fasting sugar is 198 , PP sugar is 185 and HbA1C is 8.5. My Albumin Creatinine Ratio (ACR) is 38.5. what should I do now ? Feeling hopeless and worried.

Sir, 3 months ago my TSH was 5.54(Laboratory value was 0.55 to 4.78); FT3 was 3.75(Lab value was 2.3 to 4.2); FT4 was 1.39(Lab value was 0.89 to 1.76). After that I took Thyronorm 12.5 daily once in d morning in empty stomach. After taking this medicine for 3 months I went to the same Laboratory n found my TSH 6.68 n T3 less than 0.30(Lab value 1.30 to 3.10); T4 157.16(Lab value 59 to 154). Now what should I do? Should I continue d same dose or will hv to increase it or stop it? I m in great puzzle, so please suggest me..My present hemoglobin is 14.1, RBS 90.0, Urea 14, Creatinine 1.2 n uric acid 5.8..I m 36 years old, height 5 feet 11 inches n weight 79 kg n presently not suffering from any problems...So pls suggest me what should I do with my ongoing thyroid problem...Thanks.
