I had my tsh test done last month and which mg of eltroxin I should take monthly. Test Name Results Units Bio. Ref. Interval THYROID PROFILE, FREE, SERUM (CLIA) T3, Free; FT3 3.13 pg/mL 2.30 - 4.20 T4, Free; FT4 1.31 ng/dL 0.89 - 1.76 TSH, Ultrasensitive 3.363 uIU/mL 0.550 - 4.780

My TSH level on Feb 2018 was 5.26 when visited a gynac. So Thyronorm 50 mg was started. That didnt suit me. I was feeling giddiness. So doc changed the dose to 25 mg. In April 2018 TSH was 2.56 ... So i stopped taking that medicine. In June 2018 TSH was 4.10 and hence they told to continue the 50 mg medicine. Now in October 2018 TSH is 0.02 ... T4 is high appx 22 ... Gynac says TSH should be in range of 2 ... How to increase TSH and decrease T4 level. Kindly advise.

Dear doctor, My father is suffering from diabetes and we have diagnosed it 6 month before. Since last 1 month he is feeling weakness and pain in his leg. He is complaining of feeling stretching in his leg and pain. Till yesterday his glucose reading were between 250-400. Today onwards his m fixations are changed to glycomet, trio 1mg and Jalra m 50/500 Now his reading is between 140-180 but the pain in his leg is not reduced. Can you please suggest what can be the cause and what treatment should be taken further.

Dear Doctors, My mother is 50 years old. She is suffering from urine infection since last 2.5 months. And she is also suffering from Sugar. After a regular checkup with doctors still, my mother sugar level is not maintained yet. It fluctuates daily and due to her urine infection is not recovered. Please suggest what to do in this case. She felt very tired always and even she walks only when someone gives her support. Please help doctors, I came here so that I can find the best and right solution for my mother. In these days my perception towards doctors is completely changing. My mother is admitted to the hospital for 2 weeks and still, her urine infection is not recovered yet.
