My T3 and T4 levels are normal whereas my TSH levels are very high 16. What is the remedy? What are the consequences of high TSH. Is there any treatment?

My weight as I previously mentioned is 90 kg, i used to quench alot with daily water consumption 9 liters. No diabetic.

Dear Doctor, Recently I did a routine blood check up. I found casual blood sugar level of 142mg/dl , HbA1c 6.2%, eosinophil count of 9%, AST and ALT levels elevated mildly. My dad is type 2 diabetic. Am I prediabetic? What diet should I follow? I am 5'9" tall with 64kg BW. Do I have some problem with liver? Do I have any issues with elevated eosinophil count?

Does oestrogen e2 imbalance responsible for major body formation? Does it change male organ to female?

Sir i got tested for free thyroid recently and find out that my tsh is normal 1.770, my ft3 is also normal 2.89, but my ft4 is low that is 0.91 whereas normal range is 1.00-1.70 , does it shows euthyroid sick syndrome(non thyroid illness syndrome) because since last one month i am facing muscle pain all over the body, low body temp, cold sensitivity, stomach upset used to go to toilet frequently and fatigued all the time. Tell me if it show euthyroid sick syndrome because a very few dr pay attention to this they just look at tsh and say its fine but i want to know this thi g in detail, tell me please sir

Can TSH be tested when menstruating? Does the result get affected? My TSH has been under control for months now. My last test result for TSH was around 2.75. I've been on 75 mg of thyronorm. Today I checked after 4 months and my TSH has suddenly shot up to 8. I gave blood for the test today while on my second day of my periods and was wondering if that could affect the result? Though I know it's not linked,the sudden spike in my TSH made me think it might be.
