I m diabetic age 34 and i want to join gym to make a body buid i want to increase my personality..my weight is 77..can i build my musscels

I am 29year old female. Have given birth to a baby girl on 1st September 2018.Was undergoing treatment for pcod and in the very first month of treatment I  fortunately conceived even if was on contraceptives.Now facing low milk production.Need to nurse my baby. Pls help

I checked my blood sugar level using a glucometer and was surprised to know it was showing 350 after lunch. I checked again before bedtime it showed 305. Then i checked after waking up next morning on empty stomach it was 208. It should be between 80 and 140. I am not on any medication. I have ordered a AC1 test. Am i at risk of diabetes. Suggest further course of action. Thanks

My mother suger level is keep fluctuating  to low level in last 3-4 days specially at evening. Because of that deginess and vomating kind of things are happening.please advise. Attached is the prescription.

I've not got my periods for 7 months. I have PCOS. I started homoeopathic medicine for two months. But the treatment is too slow and my weight is not reducing with diet and regular exercise. Is there anything I can do to get my periods and reduce weight or I should wait and take my daily medicines. I'm 28 years old female married and have 4 years old daughter my delivery was through c-section. From past one year I'm facing less flow in my periods and thus my periods last for 2 days so my gynec suggest me for ultrasound and TSH test. My ultrasound reports are normal but my TSh was low I.e 0.03 and t3 and t4 is normal I even went for FT3 and FT4 test which came out normal and prolactin test is normal. But my gynec have suggested me to see endrocologist for future reference in my issue. Pls anyone can help out there coz I'm really worried. Here it's very difficult for me to get one endrocologist. Through I found one I got my appointment date for 5/may/ 2019. So please any endrocologist reading this I'm waiting for your suggestions please help me.
