My homocystine level is 29 ....(13 above from normal range limit..what should i take foods or medicine to cure

What is the alternative medicine to OXRAMET 10/1000. Not able to find OXRAMET in my nearby pharmacies.

I am diabetic with a HbA1C count of 10.2 and fasting score of 246. Serum creatinin is 1.19. cholesterol level also marginally high and eosinophils count also abnormal. pls suggest me treatment for eosinophils count and serum creatinin count. I am on insulin.

I am diabetic, as per my August report: HbA1c is 6.2% IFCC : 44.266 mmol/mol, Creatinine : 1.5 mg/dL, I have received the Creatinine in end of September it's increased to 1.6 mg/dL. Pls suggest how lower control the Creatinine level, should I get my sodium/ potassium checked? Urine frequency is in 2 hours if I intake water, if don't intake water it's not frequent, I have a very less intake of water since last 3-4 months, some times I don't drink any liquid for 4-6 hrs, Pls suggest?

My wife has body pains and weakness, fatigue and hairloss from last 3 weeks. She has low Anemia, and low TSH 0.01, T3 and T4 are normal. Please suggest any further tests and medicine.
