TSH levels
Hello doctors, I have family history of thyroid. I was aware if it and started getting few symptoms so got it test done with Apollo diagnostics in Dec 2017 my T3 T4 levels were normal but TSH was 6.5. consulted the doctor he said it may come down itself so better not to start medicine. Again August 2018 I checked my T3 T4 were normal but TSH 8.5 and Anti TPO antibodies were 600. This time doctor said you will surely develop hypothyroidism but we can still wait for sometimes let your TSH reach above 10 to start with medication. Now I again checked in November 2018 bcz I was facing some issues with my menstrauation cycle and weight gain. All my reports are normal. All my tests were done in Apollo diagnostics. Is it possible for TSH level to decrease without medication in case if my Anti TPO antibodies were too high.
