I have PCOS. Currently, I am on caberlin 0.25 mg for next 6 weeks(once each week) to treat high prolactin levels that is delaying my periods beyond 78 days. I got my period lately after erratic spotting. I want to know what is better to do in my case of PCOS with high prolactin, should I continue with caberlin only and not go with birth control pills? Will caberlin alone (with Metformin,aldactone) help me with irregular periods?

My periods is due on 22nd and since today I m having periods kind of feeling .. no lower abdomen pain but slight back pain and tiredness .. is it normal? I just read in google that this May be ovarian cancer .. I m very worried .. please help!

Gd morning, my wife is suffering fromto take  hyperthyroidism from 3years. She have 2 children healthy. She meet with medical specialists in INHS jeevanti military hospital Goa. Doctor advised to take Neo meracazol 5mg in 01x OD after meal. She feels better. My wife left to  taken doze. She felt in problem as weakness, fever, num body, lazy body suddenly in 18,Octbe18 to 20Ict18. I could not meet with endocrinologist. Plz suggest me, what do I do now?

Hello Doctor, I am a Diabetic patient, used to drink 2 times in a week. I know drinking is bad for health. My sugar levels are 125and 160. Lot of peoples saying is drinking whiskey increase the blood sugars levels high. Shall I take RUM or Brandy?

I suffer from hypothyroidism. It was diagnosed about 6yrs ago.. I started with Thyronorm 75 MCG.. After 2 yrs I moved to Ayurveda as Allopathic medicine was not effective.. And moved to homeopathy after 2 yrs.. Initially my condition got better by homeopathic medicine but then after 1 year the condition is back.. I don't get my periods according to correct cycle.. Also my tsh count has gone up to 13.. Confused of how to get things to control

Hello Doctor My mom is suffering from wound on her foot for the last couple of months. Daily she is applying mega heal on the wound after cleaning with hydrogen peroxide. Kindly suggest better ointment and any antibiotic tablets for quicker healing.

I am diabetes since 32+ years. I was given insulin from March 2018 during By-pass surgery. Previously I was on Atrapit thrice and 10 units Basalog in night at 10 pm. Now I am taking 1w2 units in morning and 6 units in night of Human Mixtard plus w to 4 units of Atrapit in day time SOS. I am having 2 bottles of unused Basalog insulin. Can I take Basalog insulin in place of human Mixtard and if yes, what will be dose. My doses are 12-0-6 units of human Mixtard.

My hba1c is 6.6 percent plz suggest i am taking tenegliptin 20 mg and metformin 500mg at this condition anyone stop medication .
